Legal and Ethical Best Practices Regarding Manifestation Determinations and a Legal Q&A from Participants

A review of laws and regulations associated with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA") with special attention to Manifestation Determination processes.

We are hoping that psychologists will invite their building administrators and counselors to this comprehensive and exciting workshop.
